The graphic cycles of Đorđe Andrejević Kun summarize the social problems of his time in an effort to bring the artistic form closer to the experience of the artist, a Spanish fighter, a witness to fascist terror and social injustice. Drawing attention to the political and economic circumstances before the Second World War and the rise of fascism, Videograms for Freedom through a combination of archival film material and Kun’s maps remind of anti-fascist resistance, workers’ struggle, international solidarity and their necessity in the contemporary context.
